93A file won't dispaly

Hi,
I downloaded Boonton 93 A manual, There are two,
neither one would display with Foxit or Adobe.
The message said,
Format error: not a pdf or file corrupted
Any Idea what I need to do?

Edit: I notice this at the top of the page.
"You have downloaded this file 0 times in the last 24 hours, limit is 0."
Why is my limit zero?
I have downloaded it three time, (I think)

5th download worked. I'm happy.
