Oh, that explains the model number. Obviously a television. I'm sorry, but I don't have much in TV manuals - only ones for TVs I have, which yours isn't. However, given that it is a Sony, you should be able to find it out there. Often, the chassis number will apply to more models and various sizes of picture tube. Try searching for your chassis number and I think you can find it.

Hi Daniel,
Hey! I'm with you on that. SAMS often contains errors, and the part locator guides differ from what the real manual has.
SAMS is a lot like using ECG/NTE components. Faulty with surprises, but sometimes the only game in town. There is almost no valid reason to use an ECG/NET transistor, but the ICs are often okay.

Have you found the chassis number? That will more likely help you than the model of the set.
